General Engineering
Our custom built factory allows us to undertake all aspects of general engineering in house. Our fabrication shop consists of:-
- 3000mm x 1500mm bed plasma cutter (CAD)
- 3000mm long guillotine cutting up to 15mm thick
- 3000mm long press brake capable of folding up to 10mm thick material
- Roller swaging plant for fabrication of rollers
- 40 tonne hand operated press
- Power cut off saw and hand cut off saw
- Pinch bending rolls
We offer a full range of welding services from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, silver solder and brazing.
Our machine shop is equipped with lathes (both manual and semi-automatic); we also have millers, slotters and surface grinders enabling us to meet all of your engineering requirements.
Our large stock of on-site materials and good relationships with stockholders can assure you of the best possible price and delivery of materials without the headache of having to source it yourself. We will however happily use your own free issue materials.
